AVI CHAUDHURY
Founder & Principal Advisor
Avi is a Senior Project Manager, PMO strategist, and AI governance practitioner with fifteen years of experience inside Ontario's most complex public institutions — including the City of Toronto Transit Expansion Division, Metrolinx, Trillium Health Partners, and Michael Garron Hospital.
He holds a Dual-MBA in Project Management and Conscious Leadership , and certifications including PMP, PROSCI, CSM, SAFe 6.0 Agilist, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a published thought leader on AI governance and the Intelligent PMO, and a sought-after keynote speaker on the future of project leadership in the public sector.
Beyond consulting, Avi is the Founder and Executive Director of The Living Autism Foundation (Canada) — a national charitable organization committed to improving the lives of individuals and families living with autism.
This work is not separate from his professional identity. It informs everything he builds.
